We helped a mid-sized company focus on its core business objectives by helping its management team better manage the legal issues facing the company. The company's executive team was spending an inordinate amount of time attempting to direct and communicate with multiple attorneys, including separate counsel for litigation, trademarks, employment issues, compliance and other issues. When new matters arose, time was spent identifying additional legal counsel and managing the additional attorneys and their fees. We were retained to serve as outside general counsel and be the company's single point of contact on all legal issues. By getting to know the company intimately, overseeing all of the company's legal issues, providing regular status reports and managing its legal budget, the company's management team is able to focus on expanding the business and improving its margins.

The owners of several different restaurants came to us for assistance with reorganizing and better positioning their business. We assisted with the creation of the business plan, restructuring the company and then provided the guidance and documentation for the financing. This enabled the group to significantly grow its brand and position itself to be acquired.
